Identify what you believe about yourself. In session one you will recall the most significant experiences of your life.
It’s important to understand how you have got to where you are. You are not a loser or a failure! You have formed meanings from the experiences you have had both good and bad. Our brains have coded messages from the experiences we have had.
To uncover those messages we have to first identify the experiences that have formed the messages we believe. In this lesson you will think back on your life to expose those significant experiences that were and are defining in your life.
