You will receive access to course materials via our Squarespace site.
Access is granted for 12 months and is for personal, non-commercial use only.
You must not share your login, reproduce, or redistribute content.

3. Payment, Currency, and Refunds

All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
Payment is required at the time of purchase.
Refunds are available within 14 days unless course materials have already been accessed or downloaded.
For EU/UK customers, your statutory 14-day cooling-off rights apply.

4. Optional Coaching Services

Coaching may be offered separately from the online course.
Coaching sessions are not psychological counselling or therapy, and no medical or clinical diagnosis is provided.
Results depend on your personal participation and circumstances; no outcome is guaranteed.
Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be charged in full.
We reserve the right to terminate coaching if conduct is inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials (videos, text, images, PDFs, etc.) are the exclusive property of Transformed by His Words Limited.
You may use them for personal study only. Reproduction, sharing, or resale is prohibited without prior written consent.

The course and coaching content are for educational and self-development purposes only.
